Our store

These terms apply to purchases from Pack & Reset, an online store powered by Shopify. For help, email jota.agency72@gmail.com. Please read the product description, shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy before ordering.

Products and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and the final order total are displayed at checkout. Product colors may appear differently on different screens. Only items expressly listed in the product description are included; styling props and contents are not included. Photographs and demonstrations illustrate the listed product and do not add warranties or features absent from its description.

Ordering and payment

Provide an accurate email and deliverable shipping address, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Receipt of an order confirmation means we have received the order; fulfillment remains subject to stock and payment review. If we cannot fulfill an order, or discover a material listing error, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or refund rather than charge an unapproved additional amount.

Fulfillment and shipping

Our products are fulfilled by a third-party supplier from China. We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Processing and transit estimates, tracking and separate-parcel information are described in our shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Cancellations, defects and refunds

Our refund policy explains cancellation requests and how we resolve damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect deliveries. Correctly supplied, non-defective products in the launch collection are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Contact us promptly if you have a problem. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website use and privacy

Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access or interference with other users. Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy. Third-party links are provided for information and are governed by their respective operators.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future orders by posting a new version. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights for an order already placed. For questions or an order issue, contact jota.agency72@gmail.com with your order number.
